Traci served in the Army as a Communications Officer and deployed multiple times, allowing her to experience true pressure in risky situations, creating necessary strategic processes for IT growth, and mitigating challenges and risks. The diversity in jobs Traci has held has been proof of her ingenuity in pulling teams together, driving success, and rebuilding broken?

As a business consultant, with over 20 years of experience, that has been responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and growth of IT equipment and risk mitigation, Traci’s focus is to enable businesses to understand how project management resources, risk mitigation, and applying a firm business direction can help a business grow, run, and operate more efficiently.

Traci combines her business acumen with her experience in the military to establish decisive strategic planning for businesses to grow and be successful. Upon retiring from the Army, Traci worked in contracting for the government, which enabled her to understand the processes in contracts, as well as the dedication to support the needs of this great nation!

Traci’s extensive business acumen is complemented by a distinguished military background and a rigorous pursuit of advanced education. She has not only earned her Master’s Degree in Project Management but has also achieved the pinnacle of academic excellence, graduating with a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration. This combination of military service and advanced education underscores her exceptional qualifications and commitment to excellence.

Furthermore, Tigh has honed a repertoire of skills encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, all of which are highly esteemed attributes within our organization.

A graduate of The University of Maryland, Tigh’s academic pursuits encompassed Spanish language and business studies, culminating in a well-rounded foundation that has enabled him to contribute to international endeavors aimed at pollution mitigation and the enhancement of community development. Additionally, Tigh’s notable achievement of a 4th degree (Master) Black Belt in Taekwondo attests to his unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence. Raised in a military family, Tigh possesses an innate understanding of the profound dedication and inner resilience requisite for achieving success.
